Week of Fun!

What a fun week we had! On Tuesday we celebrated my birthday with a date night while Lauren played with Abby and Liam. She loves playing with the Coen family and didn't want to leave!!

Tonight we went to the "Sunset Safari" at the zoo - it was fun to go to the zoo after hours and look at the animals. Lauren liked the monkey and tigers the best this time. :)

Busy, busy toddler!

We had a pretty low-key weekend since Lauren has been under the weather (and so have Tim and I)!

But this little toddler still didn't quit moving all weekend...she is on the go, CONSTANTLY moving!!

Grandparents' Day

What a fun Sunday! We had a grandparents' day lunch and watched the Chiefs game. Lauren got some new Husker gear from Grandma and Grandpa Schlake and did some modeling for us. :)

Little Monkey Business

Lauren and I had so much fun this morning - we went to a place called "little monkey business" which is an indoor kids playground, but for little ones. We went with our good friends Sara and Nick and we had so much fun!!

Happy Labor Day!

We had a nice three-day weekend and enjoyed the beautiful weather! We spent a little time yesterday at Smithville lake and then hung out with the Coen family. Lauren had such a great time!

Oh what a beautiful morning!

It is absolutely perfect outside right now! Lauren and I went for a walk about 8AM and it was actually a bit chilly! We are going to have so much fun today and tomorrow!
