Do we really have to go home?!

Lauren has been on the move lately! She loves to dance, run, play, and talk. She is becoming quite the little girl and is so fun to be around (and exhausting!). We went to the park Sunday afternoon and she ran and jumped and played her heart out.

Oh what fun!

We had a great time this week hanging out with our best buds, the Coens. The kids just have the best time together (and so do the parents!). Here are some pictures from our Wednesday night pizza party!

Happy Heart Day!

We had a really fun Valentine's Day. We had heart-shaped pancakes for breakfast and Lauren got a special surprise - an Elmo guitar! She was so excited! Then she had a really fun party at school and got some really nice Valentines from her friends at school.

"No...no...no!!"

Lauren finally got a look at some real snow this year...and she was NOT a fan! She stood in the yard and just said "no" and shook her head. I think we made it outside for about two minutes total. Poor baby did not enjoy the snow. Maybe next year we will get to make a snowman! :)

Best Buddies

Lauren had a little "play date" yesterday with her best buddy, Liam. I took Abby to buy some Valentine gifts for her family (we stayed under her $10 budget - it was so adorable!)

Apparently Lauren and Liam had quite the time - Liam loves to hug and kiss Lauren and she likes to boss him around! Sounds about right to me! :)

Dance Moves

Lauren has been really into "dancing" lately...she likes to twirl around and do the "twist" as well! We had a fun weekend just hanging out at home.
